By accessing or using EverrisePlay, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• Real-money gameplay is prohibited in the following Indian states due to local laws:
  Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim, or any other state where such games are restricted.

• The Company reserves the right to deny access based on your location, identity, or any lawful reason.

2. Nature of the Game

EverrisePlay provides a skill-based online rummy experience, which is legally exempt from gambling laws as per the Public Gambling Act, 1867, and recognized by multiple Indian courts. It is not a game of chance.

3. Account Registration

• To participate, users must register using accurate personal details, including:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

  • Valid Bank Account or UPI ID

• Creating multiple accounts, or using fake or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited.

• The Company may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm identity and age at any point.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet Policy

• Users may add funds using UPI, cards, and net banking.

• Withdrawals:

  • Allowed only after successful KYC verification.

  • May be delayed due to bank processing or verification checks.

• Bonus amounts are for in-app gameplay use only and cannot be withdrawn.

• The Company is not liable for failed or delayed transactions caused by:

  • Incorrect user-provided details

  • Third-party payment gateway issues

5. Fair Play & User Conduct

EverrisePlay enforces a strict fair-play policy:

• Use of bots, automation, or unfair advantage tools is prohibited.

• Collusion or group cheating will result in immediate account termination.

• The platform uses AI systems and manual audits to monitor for suspicious behavior.

• Violations may result in permanent bans, confiscation of wallet funds, and legal action.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments and entries are final and non-refundable except in these cases:

• Technical failure on the Company’s server.

• Duplicate transactions with valid proof of payment.

7. Responsible Gaming

• We encourage balanced and responsible gameplay.

• Users can request:

  • Self-exclusion

  • Deposit limits

  • Gameplay time caps

• EverrisePlay shall not be liable for any emotional, psychological, or financial issues resulting from prolonged or compulsive usage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, visuals, source code, and branding associated with EverrisePlay are the exclusive intellectual property of Everrise Fintech Private Limited.

• Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit platform assets without written authorization.

9. Termination of Account

Your account may be suspended or terminated under the following conditions:

• Breach of these Terms

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Abuse of platform features or bonuses

In such cases, the Company may withhold or confiscate balances pending review or investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under law:

• The Company is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data or gameplay progress

  • Connectivity issues

  • Earnings loss due to outages or disruptions

• Platform use is entirely at your own risk.

11. Force Majeure

Everrise Fintech Private Limited shall not be liable for non-performance or delays arising from causes beyond its control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Network outages

• Government actions

• Payment gateway disruptions

• Regulatory changes

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

13. Amendments

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform following such updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
