This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users of EverrisePlay, a skill-based rummy platform operated by Everrise Fintech Private Limited, may request a refund related to wallet transactions or game-related issues.

1. No Refund on Completed Gameplay
All game entries and gameplay results are final.
No refund will be issued for:
Games that have been completed
Games in progress
Disconnections or loss due to the user’s internet/device issue
2. Wallet Deposits
All deposits made to the EverrisePlay wallet are non-refundable once successfully processed.
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Amount debited from your bank or wallet, but not credited to your EverrisePlay wallet
Duplicate transactions due to payment gateway or system error
To request a refund, the following must be provided:
Transaction ID(s)
Date/time of transaction
Payment method used
Screenshots or bank statement evidence
Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Failed or Reversed Withdrawals
If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect UPI or bank details, the amount will be credited back to your EverrisePlay wallet.
Re-processing will be allowed only after updated and verified account details are submitted by the user.
4. Bonus Money and Promotional Credits
No refunds will be granted for:
Bonus wallet amounts
Referral rewards
Promotional credits or in-game rewards
These are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and subject to forfeiture in case of abuse.
5. Disconnection or Game Crashes
If a game is interrupted due to your device failure, internet issues, or OS crashes, no refund will be processed.
If the issue is on EverrisePlay’s server (e.g., game crashes due to platform outage), the Company may:
Refund the entry fee, or
Re-credit the game opportunity at its sole discretion
Note: All decisions are final and non-negotiable.
6. Fraudulent or Abuse-Related Refund Requests
Any attempt to misuse or exploit the refund system will result in:
Immediate suspension or permanent account ban
Forfeiture of wallet balance
Legal action, where applicable
