1. Game Entry Cancellation

  • Once a user joins a cash game or tournament, the entry is considered final.

  • Game entries cannot be canceled or reversed by the user under normal circumstances.

  • Refunds or entry cancellations will only be considered in the following cases:

    • The game did not start due to a technical issue or system failure on EverrisePlay’s side.

    • The table did not fill with the required number of players within the allotted time, and was auto-cancelled by the system.

Note: If you accidentally join a game or table, cancellation will not be processed once the game starts.


2. Wallet Deposit Cancellations

  • All deposits made to the EverrisePlay wallet are non-cancellable once successfully processed.

  • However, if you experience a technical issue, such as:

    • The amount was debited but not credited to your wallet

    • You were charged multiple times for a single transaction

  • You may submit a request with the following details:

    • Transaction ID(s)

    • Screenshot of payment confirmation

    • Date/time of the transaction

  • Upon internal verification, such issues will be resolved within 7–10 business days by refunding the amount to your wallet or original payment source.


3. Promotional Bonus Cancellations

  • Once claimed or applied, bonuses and promotional credits cannot be canceled or reversed.

  • If any misuse or abuse of promotional offers is detected, the Company reserves the right to:

    • Revoke the bonus

    • Suspend or permanently block the user account

    • Forfeit any wallet or bonus balances


4. Self-Exclusion and Account Deactivation

  • EverrisePlay supports responsible gaming. You may request:

    • Temporary self-exclusion

    • Permanent account deactivation

  • Upon confirmation, account deactivation is:

    • Irreversible

    • All active games will be forfeited

    • Any remaining wallet balance may be withdrawn only after KYC verification and audit clearance


5. Cancellation Due to Policy Violation or Misconduct

If a user is found violating any of the following:

  • EverrisePlay’s Fair Play Policy

  • Platform Terms & Conditions

  • Applicable Indian laws or gaming regulations

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel participation in ongoing or future games

  • Suspend or permanently deactivate the user’s account

  • Forfeit wallet and bonus balances

  • Take legal action, where necessary


6. Requesting a Cancellation or Raising a Grievance

If you believe you have a valid case under this policy, contact our support team with:

  • Relevant Game ID or Transaction ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Supporting evidence like screenshots or error messages

7. Final Authority

  • All cancellation or refund requests are subject to review and approval by Everrise Fintech Private Limited.

  • The Company’s internal logs, audit trails, and system data will be considered during investigation.

  • The final decision regarding any cancellation lies solely with the Company and shall be binding and non-contestable.
